Shipping

All our orders are sent using Courier Post on an overnight service. You will be sent tracking details when your order is ready to be dispatched. Please allow an additional 1-3 working days for rural deliveries. Refer to the Courier Post website for any information regarding delays to their courier networks. All our parcels are sent with no signature required to allow you to receive your order faster - if you would like someone to sign for your order please enter this in your order notes.

Please note, we do not include weekends and public holidays in our dispatch timeframes.

Urgent Orders:

  • No personalisation – up to 2 working days
  • Personalised – 5 working days

Standard Processing Times:

  • No personalisation – up to 3 working days
  • Personalised – 7-10 working days

These timeframes may vary during sale periods (e.g. Black Friday, Boxing Day) and peak selling periods (e.g. December) so please allow extra time for your order to be dispatched during these periods. If you require your items urgently please choose urgent order upgrade and make a note on your order of when you need your order by or email us at hello@thesleepover.co.nz. There are no additional rural shipping charges.

If your item is a PRE-ORDER it will be shipped according to the expected dispatch date listed. We strive to adhere to these dates to the best of our ability however these times are subject to change if unexpected lead times or shipping delays occur. We will notify you if this is the case. 

If you are placing a single order that includes IN STOCK items and PRE-ORDER items, all items will be sent when the pre-order items are ready for shipment. If you require other items earlier, please place two separate orders. Please note, additional shipping charges will apply.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that shopping online can be difficult to get the sizing and fit right.

If you have purchased an item from us without any personalisation we are happy to provide you with an exchange or full refund on the item once returned to us.

Refunds will be will be reimbursed via the original payment method e.g. Credit Card, Afterpay, Gift Voucher. These can take a few days to show up in your account.

Conditions of Returns:

  • The item(s) must be in its original condition with all tags still attached
  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and have no marks or stains
  • The item(s) must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order along with the packaging slip
  • The item(s) must not be personalised
  • Item(s) purchased from our Outlet cannot be exchanged or refunded

We cannot provide a refund or exchange on products that have been personalised unless they are faulty or incorrect. Please reach out to our team at hello@thesleepover.co.nz if this is the case.

We do understand that items can often be purchased in advance for weddings and gifts. If you would like to return an item and it is outside our timeframes, please email at hello@thesleepover.co.nz and we will advise you of your options.

Postage for change of mind returns are at the customers expense. We recommend using a tracked courier service.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch however, if you have any faulty items or issues with your order please email us at hello@thesleepover.co.nz along with your order number and we will look into the issue for you.

Once assessed you may then send the item back to us and we will repair, exchange or refund the item for you. Refunds will be reimbursed via the original payment method you used.

Where an item is damaged through incorrect washing, misuse, neglect or abnormal use The Sleepover will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. 

PERSONALISATION

Please allow 5 working days for urgent orders and 7-10 working days for standard orders to be processed and dispatched.

These timeframes are a guide and may vary during sales periods such as Black Friday.

Have some unique personalisation in mind like embroidery on the cuffs or a custom logo? Email us athello@thesleepover.co.nzwith an image and details of your request and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

We are unable to amend or cancel orders once the personalisation process has begun so please choose carefully and ensure all spelling and colours are correct.

ROBES & PJs

Size charts can be found on each product page.

For our satin PJs we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

As our products are made in different factories there are variations in colour and fabric for each style of robe and our PJs.

If you want the colours and fabrics to match please choose robes that are the same style.

The Misha and Avana Robes are the same fabric and colours but all other styles are different fabrics and colours.

Our PJs are not colour matched to our robes.

Please read the care instructions on your garment label carefully.

We recommend a cold hand wash separated from other garments with a mild detergent.

Do not soak, bleach or tumble dry. Line dry immediately. Cool iron garment from the inside only. 

MISCELLANEOUS

The Sleepover loves to support bridal parties. We offer a special discount for our bridal parties. If you meet our minimum order of 3 sets, please contact us at hello@thesleepover.co.nz for a special discount code to use on your order.

Needing a unique staff or client gift. We offer a special discount for corporate customers. Please contact us at hello@thesleepover.co.nz and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Gift cards are delivered via email and contain a code to redeem at checkout. Please keep this email safe or make a note of the discount code as we are unable access this information.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase. Any redeemable balance on expiry will not be refunded.

Gift cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash. Our gift cards must be redeemed online using the provided code, as full or part payment of products. A gift card cannot be used to purchase further gift cards. This gift card has no value unless activated at the time of purchase. Afterpay cannot be used to pay for this gift card. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
