STANDARD PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Discount codes are not available in conjunction with any other offer e.g. when there is a storewide sale
  • Discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied once the transaction has been processed
  • Only one discount code can be used per order, unless otherwise specified
  • In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase i.e. with the discount applied, not the RRP of the product
  • Discount codes are limited to one use per customer, unless otherwise stated 

MOTHER'S DAY PROMO - BUY ANY PAIR OF FULL PRICED PJS AND GET 50% OFF A PAIR OF SLIPPERS

Discount is automatically applied at checkout, no code is needed. Multiple items can be purchased but the minimum conditions need to be met each time to receive the discount. Discount is not available in conjunction with any other discount code e.g 10% sign up discount. Personalisation costs are additional. The promotional period runs from Friday 12th April until Sunday 12th May.

10% NEWSLETTER SIGN UP DISCOUNT

10% newsletter sign up discount is valid for all products including personalisation costs but excludes the purchase of gift vouchers. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer e.g. when there is a storewide sale. Enter the code at checkout to apply the discount. 

BRIDAL DISCOUNT

Bridal discount is valid for all products including personalisation costs but excludes the purchase of gift vouchers. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer e.g. when there is a storewide sale. Minimum purchase is required to be eligible for the discount. Enter the code at checkout to apply the discount. 

INFLUENCER DISCOUNT CODES

Influencer discount codes are valid for all products including personalisation costs but excludes the purchase of gift vouchers. Discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer e.g when there is a storewide sale. Enter the code at checkout to apply the discount. If a code does not work when entered at checkout, this means the discount period has expired. 

EVENT DISCOUNT CODES

Event discount codes are valid for all products including personalisation costs but excludes the purchase of gift vouchers. Event discounts are valid for the time period stated on the discount card. Discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer e.g when there is a storewide sale. Enter the code at checkout to apply the discount. 

FREE SHIPPING 

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For express processing an additional $5 charge applies. Free shipping will be applied at checkout for all eligible orders. If a discount code is entered and it takes the total order cost below $150 standard shipping charges will apply.
